All social media packages require an on-boarding fee from $300. This fee covers the initial time to understand your brand and develop a social media strategy, as well as organising permissions, development of templates, and setup.

OUR PROCESS
When you engage Sikoya Design, we embark on a creative journey together. The journey begins with exploration – as we identify the essence of your business, your marketing goals and vision. We establish key milestones then bring your intentions to life.
STAGE 1 : DISCOVERY
The first stage is where we get to know each other. We ask you to fill out our brand questionnaire, which provides us core insights about your business: what it means to you, your aspirations and points of difference. We learn about your story. And you find out everything that you need to know from us.
STAGE 2 : DEVELOPMENT
After you have signed the contract and paid your deposit, we begin development. This is where our creativity is informed by data. We conduct detailed industry and competitor research to inform our creative approach. We craft a comprehensive Creative Direction presentation, encompassing a mini-business strategy and define a distinct look and feel for your brand.
STAGE 3 : DESIGN
We build the creative aesthetic elements of your brand – customised to reflect your unique business through intentional and refined design. You are presented with a series of design concepts, and customised colour palette and typography system. We apply revisions based on your feedback. Once you're satisfied with the concepts, we craft a meticulous final design for your approval.
STAGE 4 : DELIVERY
The day has arrived. Chill the champagne. Your new brand elements are packaged and delivered to you to roll-out. We provide customised Brand Guidelines which make it easy for you to implement your brand elements effectively and consistently. We remain available to assist with your new brand roll-out as required.

To guarantee the timely delivery of digital files/services, it is necessary to make an initial payment of 50% before work begins. The final payment must be made before any transfers can take place.
